Just a short note to thank you for organising our holiday. It all went extremely well and we had a marvellous trip. Just wish we could have had longer! The guides were all excellent and helped to make the holiday very enjoyable.

Back recently from a tour with you.
A quick note about the guides we me met. We wanted to say how great we found Tsai Lili as a guide while we were in Beijing. She was excellent with Callum being patient, approachable and considerate. She really is a very child friendly guide who shared her knowledge with us at a level that was always appropriate to the pair of us. Helena shared her knowledge generously with us and made our trip to Xi'an an experience full of culture and history. Finally Yenny Guo made our trip to Shanghai memorable and again was flexible, patient and kind to Callum.
The whole tour ran with out a hitch, the hotels were good, as a company you were really accomodating to our suggestions for places to stay and it was really easy dealing with you. Throughout everybody was where they said they'd be and when they said they'd be and when you are on holiday in a place in the world where english speakers can be hard to find that is just so important. Both Callum and myself would recommend your services to anyone and we look forward to using them again when we return to China.

This is just a quick note of thanks for organizing such an efficient and interest tour for us. Your guides, Stephanie, Helena, Micky and Ger were all excellent and could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was a very intense 10 days and we loved every minute of it and I would be very grateful if you could pass on our thanks to all four.
I would also like to thank you for the friendly efficiency with which you arranged this holiday and I am fully aware that without you we would not have had a holiday!
May I wish you, your guides and all in Dragon Delight a prosperous, successful and happy future.

We enjoyed every moment of our time in China, which was full to the brim with interesting and beautiful things to see and experience.
The guides were all very professional, friendly, good conversationalists and fun to be with. We learnt so much from them.It was a pleasure to be in their company. The drivers too, were professional and very safe in their driving.
The food was delicious. We always ate Chinese dishes and in local restaurants.
Thank you for organising the tour for us.
We can't think of any suggestions for improvement!

I am a retired business man and had my own company for 29 years.
I understand the importance of feedback in business planning .I appreciate the fine efforts which your firm have done in planning and organising our tour and i would be happy to write a full critique about it when we get home.

We are now safely back in England after a wonderful holiday in Hong Kong and China.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for arranging such a fantastic tour. Everything went so smoothly. The guides were there to meet us after every flight with a warm greeting. The accomodation was first class.
The drivers were safe and efficient in what to us were confusing traffic conditions.
All four guides Joanna - Guilin, Sally - Xian, Nancy - Beijing and Ryan - Shanghai were knowledgeable, polite , courteous and we felt that we had made a new friend in every city by the time we left.
The itinery was perfect and we have no hesitation in recomending you to all our friends. We did and saw so many wonderful things with nothing to complain about at all. Only praise to you and your team.
